The focus is on current developments in the international indoor farming industry and their significance for the agricultural sector. Focus topics are: technology-based food production, technical solutions and farm inputs, sustainability, resource efficiency, digitalisation, robotics and AI, automation, energy, integration into the value chain. Here you can find out all about the topics of relevance to you for free and take a break away from the hustle and bustle of the trade fair.

The DLG Spotlight offers trade visitors compact insights into innovative technologies of new agricultural and food systems and their practical maturity. The focus is on available technological components from the fields of renewable energies, inhouse farming, new feed and food. In addition to various cultivation systems and technologies for vertical farming, exhibits from algae production, cellular agriculture and alternative energy concepts will also be represented.
The trade public will thus receive a wide range of ideas for thinking about alternative production methods on their farms and opportunities for professional exchange.
The DLG Spotlight is supported by the Blue Bioeconomy in Northern Germany, the German Aquaculture Association (Bundesverband Aquakultur e.V.) and 14 partners from the private industry.
